Terms and Conditions — daily jiji Platform Rules and Player Agreement

By accessing the daily jiji platform — whether through the website at dailyjiji.com or any associated mobile application — and by creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any part of the daily jiji platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

daily jiji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This process is standard across regulated gaming platforms and is not specific to any individual account.

Each person may hold only one active account on the daily jiji platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your daily jiji account login credentials. This includes your password, your linked mobile number, and any two-factor authentication details. You must:

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in suspension of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

All deposits on the daily jiji platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). daily jiji does not accept deposits in other currencies. No currency conversion is applied — the amount you deposit in PHP is the exact amount credited to your daily jiji wallet.

Accepted deposit methods on daily jiji include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit. Method availability may vary.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from an account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from accounts or cards held by someone other than the daily jiji account holder — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• daily jiji does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside daily jiji's control.
• Deposits that are flagged as potentially fraudulent, charged back, or disputed by the originating payment provider will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for compliance with these terms.

You may request a withdrawal of your available PHP balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your daily jiji account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification includes confirmation of your identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, daily jiji will request alternative withdrawal details from you.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply. These are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set at the time of each bonus offer and shown clearly in the bonus terms.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

daily jiji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending security and anti-fraud checks. In these cases, the support team will contact you with further information. Providing the requested documentation promptly will help resolve any delays as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to an inactive or closed payment method will require you to provide an alternative. daily jiji is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

daily jiji offers promotional bonuses to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all daily jiji bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the minimum amount of real-money play required before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• daily jiji bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using someone else's payment method, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any balance derived from them will be removed from the account.
• daily jiji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing commitments to players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith are honoured.

The following rules apply across all game types and betting markets on the daily jiji platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed by a player are binding. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except in circumstances where daily jiji declares the relevant event void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game type and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting section before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault, software error, or communication failure during a game round or bet placement, daily jiji reserves the right to declare the relevant round or bet void and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated by a demonstrable technical error will not be paid.
• If game results or bet settlements are posted incorrectly due to a system error, daily jiji reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of the time elapsed since the original settlement.
• For live betting markets, odds are updated continuously and a bet is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Odds fluctuations between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is accepted are normal and do not constitute grounds for a dispute.

Specific game rules for Sabong, Color Game, Online Casino, Card Games, Virtual Sports, and Volleyball Betting are available within each section of the daily jiji platform. Those game-specific rules supplement these general terms and should be read before play begins.

The daily jiji VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered and verified account holders. The programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on qualifying activity on the daily jiji platform, as defined within the VIP Club section of the site.

• VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling basis. Tier levels may increase or decrease depending on qualifying activity over the assessment period.
• VIP benefits — including PHP cashback, withdrawal priority, and account manager access — are associated with the current tier held by the account. Benefits do not carry over if a tier is reduced following an assessment period.
• VIP cashback is applied to net losses over the relevant period. The calculation method and cashback percentages are stated in the VIP Club section. Cashback is credited as cash to your daily jiji PHP wallet, not as a bonus with wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise.
• daily jiji reserves the right to amend VIP programme benefits, tier thresholds, and assessment periods with notice provided to affected members. Material changes will be communicated via the platform and to registered email addresses or mobile numbers.
• Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions may have VIP status suspended or removed, along with any pending VIP benefits.

daily jiji is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account. These can be set or adjusted at any time in your account settings.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified period of continuous platform activity.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for gaming or deposits.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion is a serious step and daily jiji will honour it fully. If you believe you have a gambling problem, this tool is available in your account profile at any time.

daily jiji does not permit underage gaming. Age verification is conducted during the account registration and verification process. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification and any balance held will be returned to the depositing payment method.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the daily jiji platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the daily jiji platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access, use, or manipulate the daily jiji platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Engaging in money laundering — using the daily jiji platform to process or obscure funds derived from illegal activity.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing daily jiji staff or other players in any communication channel.

daily jiji monitors platform activity for indicators of the above prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any balance held subject to review.

daily jiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account restriction.
• A verification requirement has not been satisfied within a reasonable time.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or bet activity.

In cases of account suspension or closure arising from a terms breach, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Balances confirmed to be free of any bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to the verified payment method on record after the investigation concludes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their daily jiji account may do so by contacting the support team at support@dailyjiji.com. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard anti-fraud checks are complete.

daily jiji provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and consistent performance across the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daily jiji is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside of daily jiji's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow game rules or betting terms.
• Losses arising from a player sharing account credentials with a third party.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind related to use of the daily jiji platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

daily jiji collects, processes, and stores personal data about account holders in accordance with the daily jiji Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of data collected include registration details, transaction history, device and access information, and communication records. This data is used for account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

daily jiji will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or regulation.

daily jiji may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in platform operations, regulatory requirements, or legal obligations. The effective date of the most recent update to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the terms periodically. Continued use of the daily jiji platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We are committed to resolving player concerns directly and promptly in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels.
